The Barns
We like to welcome our guests upon arrival and living on site helps us to ensure our guests have all they need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay with us.
Our barns have been converted to a high standard and include the very latest under floor heating system with the addition of an electric feature fire for colder evenings and winter breaks. Heating, bed linen, duvets and towels are all included in the tariff. Cots, highchairs and pushchairs may be provided if requested at the time of booking. Outside the property you will find car parking and picturesque areas for eating and relaxing.
We have a NO SMOKING policy and do not accept dogs, with the exception of guide dogs for the blind, hearing dogs and dogs for the disabled.

We are very pleased to announce that the first of our holiday cottages (barn conversions), "The Byre",
has been graded as FOUR Star Self Catering Accommodation by the VisitBritain National Quality Control. To find

The Byre has two spacious and fully furnished bedrooms, each offering a choice of a large double bed or twin beds. One room has an en-suite shower room and there is a further separate bathroom with shower over the bath. A sofa bed in the lounge provides sleeping accommodation for a further two people if required.
The living room is open plan comprising kitchen, dining and seating areas. The modern kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, electric hob, combination microwave oven with grill and a fridge freezer. Laundry facilities including a washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
Throughout the building the latest under floor heating has been installed to provide a comfortable environment for your stay. A feature fire has been added for chilly evenings and winter breaks. For your entertainment there is a TV with Freeview, DVD and Video players plus a Music Centre.
From the living area French doors open out onto the beautiful country views.

"The Corn Store"
The Corn Store has undergone a total transformation from an old barn to a beautifully renovated building, which is full of character. Feature windows, underfloor heating and a cosy fire have all been carefully selected to ensure guests experience a warm and comfortable stay.
To take full advantage of the country views we decided on an 'upside-down' arrangement:
We offer a double/twin bedroom on the ground floor with en suite wet room. This includes toilet, wash basin, shower and the luxury of a body dryer. Also on the ground floor we offer a second wet room with toilet, basin and shower.
The first floor has an open living area with kitchen, dining and lounge area offerring views across countryside to St. Agnes Beacon from the front and Carn Brea Ancient Monument from the rear. A double sofa bed is included for additional guests.
We were presented with the challenge in making our two storey traditional barn accessible to our less able and wheelchair using guests but, with the installation of a through floor lift as an addition a staircase, this has been achieved.
